SAAS-FEE
The village of Saas-Fee is located in Switzerland's Valais canton, in the Saas Valley at 1800 metres above sea level, and is surrounded by high mountains. The village has a population of about 1700 people. For skiing, Saas-Fee offers 100 km of groomed trails and 5 km of ungroomed but controlled 'off-piste' trails. In total, the resort has 23 lifts that operate at elevations ranging from 1800 to 3573 metres. The highest ski runs are located on a glacier, where it is also possible to ski in the summer.
